Rigging Suggestion:
Tie directly to your line. No weight or swivel.
Fishing Technique:
Cast near structure. Wait 2-4 seconds to allow lure to drop. Then retrieve at varying speeds. Can also be dropped to the bottom and retrieved up as a jig.
