Matzandshad
Matzuo uses today's latest technologies to deliver fine quality baits. The new Zander Shad is a rattling, suspending crank bait that exhibits all the same fish-enticing action as the Prism Shad, but is further enhanded by Matzuo's exclusive "Moon Fire" halographic finish. Designed to mimic thousands of tiny reflective scales found on many bait fish, the Moon Fire finish combines with "Sterling Three-Dee Eyes" to give the Zander Shad an amazingly realistic appearance. Effective on both Freshwater and Saltwater gamefish.
Rigging Suggestions:
Comes equipped with two treble hooks. The forward hook is red in color. Tie directly onto your line. Do not use a swivel and do not add additional weight. These lures will require periodic turning and can be tuned to run straight by slightly bending the eyelet in the opposition direction.
Fishing Techniques:
This deep diving design is meant for cast and retrieve lure fishing. Simply cast to the desired area, wait 2-5 seconds to allow the lure to drop, then retrieve. Slower retrieve rates allow the bait to obtain it's maximum depth, while faster retrieve rates cause the lure to remain closer to the surface attracting more aggressive fish. Try experiementing with retrieve rates until fish respond.
